FYI, My aftermarket hood for the shelby is from Trufiber. I love the hood but the quality of the fiberglass finish was a question. The body shop that painted it has worked a lot of fiberglass jobs buy my hood gave them a run. After it was all said and done, they sanded, filled, and baked it 7 times before they painted. He had a lot more time in then he charged me for. Maybe they improved since 2008

Thanks for the input, if this hood does ever end up on my car it won't be for a few years at least. In that time I will probably fall in love with 5 more hoods in between.
